Building Regulations drawings

The building regulations package is compiled once the planning stage is complete, the building regulations drawings are an enhanced version of the planning drawings with addiitional detail added and new drawings produced detailing the construction. A specification will also be produced which details all aspects of the construction. Once complete, we will submit the package as a ‘Full Plans’ application to either the local authority building control or the clients choice of Approved inspector.

An approval or comments should be received within 5 weeks from submission or up to 2 months if an extension is agreed.

The building regulations drawings will be updated to include the Structural engineers report and any comments from Building control so that a complete package can be issued to the client.

This package will contain all items required to produce an accurate quotation.

The complete package will include construction drawings and a specification to enable the builder to procure the correct materials and construct the building in compliance with the approved drawings.
