Planning application drawings
Architectural design drawings for all types of domestic and commercial projects, new builds, extensions, changes of use, planning applications, permitted development, lawful development certificates.
Our service is tailored to the client requirements, we can act as your agent throughout the planning application process to submit your application and manage the process
Building regulations drawings
The building regulations drawing package expands on the information included in the planning application drawings to include fully dimensioned and detailed drawings with additional sectional and detail drawings for specific elements of the construction. A specification is included which details each construction element, detailing materials to be used, insulation thicknesses, etc., to prove compliance with the building regulations.
The building regulations package will incorporate the structural engineers report (where required) to allow a complete package to be issued to builders for accurate quotations to be prepared.
Architectural Visuals
To enhance the design process and communicate design intent, rendered visuals can be provided of the interior and exterior of the project.
