The client acquired the property with additional land to the rear and wished to take advantage of the new generous plot by creating a large single storey extension with floor to ceiling glazing allowing views into the garden. The extension more than doubled the footprint of the house allowing an additional bedroom, utility rooms and studies to be added with a fantastic family living kitchen to the rear of the property.
